Retail Store Manager
Career Opportunity: P/T Retail Store Manager
A Retail Store Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep. Their duties include communicating about inventory, orders, scheduling employee shifts, and training new employees.
Store Manager Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Oversee employee activities and handle administrative and managerial duties of running a store
- Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store
- Maintain proper inventory levels, ensuring stocking when necessary
- Fulfill e-commerce orders in a reasonable time
- Track and supervise employees
- Schedule shifts
- Create and send daily shift reports
- Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
- Proactive in-store planning skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to operate basic business software programs
- Comprehensive understanding of store’s products
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of working with Square
- Prior experience working as a retail manager
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds occasionally

This January 2022 we are looking to launch our first retail location at Liberty Center in Liberty Township, OH!

Retail Associate
Career Opportunity: P/T Retail Associate
A Retail Associate is responsible for assisting customers as they shop within a store. Their duties include greeting customers, answering questions related to the merchandise and store policies, and locating items for customers.
Retail Associate Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions
- Working with cash registers and process payments
- Fulfill curbside orders
- Setting and attaining sales goals
- Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day
- Basic understanding of e-commerce process
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
- Comprehensive understanding of the store’s products
- Customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use a cash register
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge or understanding of working with Square
